Our stand-alone luxury Villa laid out over 3 levels located within the grounds of the Anna Maria Village hotel is the ideal choice. The hotel’s hospitable owners have converted a detached dwelling into a luxury, comfortable space that can sleep up to 7 max., which is rented out.

There are 2 ground floor bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 singles), a fully fitted kitchen with terrace and garden view, living room and dining room with pool view and a modern bathroom with bath.

The upper level, accessed via an internal staircase, has another bedroom with a double bed, a second bathroom with bath-hot tub, and a large balcony offering sea views.

Down in the basement is a hamam with shower, ideal for unforgettable relaxing moments. The laundry facilities for use by tenants are also located here.

The layout is bound to impress. Emphasis has been placed on the details, on sophisticated interior design and carefully curated furnishings, and the countless mod cons cater for every need.

The grounds are equally spacious and well tended. The large courtyard offers a BBQ and wood-fired oven where you can cook with your family and friends. The first floor balcony offers amazing sea views and is the ideal spot for a coffee or breakfast. The large garden also has a magical secret for young adventurous types: A magical tree house they’ll just love to play in, while the parents enjoy a dip in the private pool or relax on the sun loungers.

Guests can use the hotel facilities or the nearby restaurant for breakfast or dinner. Free housekeeping is offered, and numerous other services are available upon request at an additional charge.

The villa has a spacious car park for up to 8 vehicles. Pets are welcomed in the villa. Just ask in advance to arrange.
